At Bernard Hodes Future Talent, we’re pleased to be hosting this major graduate recruitment event alongside the Recruitment Society.
The latest AGR Graduate Recruitment Survey shows a far worse trend than expected, with 63% of employers having reduced their graduate intake. There are bright spots in it too, though, as Carl Gilleard, AGR’s Chief Executive, promises to take us through. He’ll also present his newly-prepared election manifesto and wish list for the incoming government.
His presentation will be followed by Patrick Bermingham of McClaren Motors, a company which has actually expanded their three year-old graduate recruitment programme and seen very positive results. He’ll share what convinced McClaren to introduce it and how they’ve developed it. Patrick will be joined by Shiona Llewellyn, who works with small to medium-sized employers and advises on Graduate Programmes.
