So what's the story?

About us

We have hundreds of tales to tell you from right across the business. But before we share some of these let's start from the beginning.

In 1970, we first opened our doors in the UK and within 10 years grew to launch our global network (the first of its kind). In 1992, our pioneering continued with the creation of a dedicated research and planning capability and not long after we were proudly delivering the world's first employment website. Some years later, we also merged with search and selection consultancy Macmillan Davies, which gave our recruitment advertising a more strategic insight, and allowed our consultants greater access to creative solutions.

Whilst this was happening, we became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Omnicom Group, the global marketing and corporate communications company. Voted as one of the world's 'Most Admired' companies, Omnicom's network services over 5,000 clients in more than 100 countries.
