A tale of tough targets

The beginning

The whole project kicked-off because Hertfordshire Constabulary had some tough recruitment targets to meet. They needed to revisit their current website and show just what was on offer for new recruits - all in a way that set them apart from the 50 other constabularies in the UK. They required a clearer, more accessible site that attracted the right type of candidate and also met new diversity targets.
