IT'S NOT ABOUT NUMBERS
It all began with a government initiative: Quality of Service. This is essentially about giving people more time and attention – whether that person is a colleague or a member of the
public. It’s all about being more human. Names not numbers.
Our challenge was to get every member of the Hertfordshire Constabulary team onboard and to inspire behavioural change throughout the force. We shadowed roles, discussed
behaviours, investigated attitudes and threw about ideas. Finally, we created a name, a logo, a brand and a campaign – all in line with their existing corporate branding while positioning the new initiative as a positive addition to the policing world.
It had a pretty impressive impact and was successful enough to make the shortlist for Internal Communications at the CIPD awards.
