The beginning

It was all built on a huge amount of research. And focused on the one key thought that came out time and again: TK Maxx does things differently – there are no clones, and you get the chance to be very creative. There’s a real family feel but also a lot of hard work and challenges too.

The middle

This was one of those fully comprehensive affairs. We created a new brand identity, revamped their recruitment marketing, updated their HR materials, produced management values and behaviours communication and injected consistency into all their recruitment tools.

The end

This new employer brand identity and behaviours communication have been so popular (and effective) that the CEO described them as ‘the glue that holds us
together’. High praise indeed.
