The aim of our award-winning Future Talent practice is to ensure that our clients receive specialist advice which is based on subject matter expertise, industry knowledge and up-to-date insight.

It’s vital to stay close to audiences to gain insight into what they think and how they behave. So, as well as being on campus, we develop strong relationships with key graduate groups. As the marketing partner and long-term sponsor of Enactus (previously Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE)), we provide Advisors to support their student teams and judge their national competition. Similarly, we are closely involved in the TARGETJobs graduate awards. We helped develop their Employer of the Year category while our benchmarking report on the best employers is a key publication in the sector.

Our teams have the expertise and relationships in place to develop and manage attraction campaigns that harness on-campus presence and online activity, ensuring clients stand out in a crowded market place. We also work with employers to target talent earlier, putting their names and schemes front of mind with school leavers and potential apprentices.

School Leavers and Apprentices

It is becoming more commonplace to target talent earlier. With the surge of school initiatives, alternative entry routes and apprenticeship opportunities, it is little wonder that future generations are faced with career decisions at ever younger ages.

Given the rise in popularity of these schemes following their government backing and the increase in university tuition fees, we work with employers to ensure they are attracting the right candidates through brand and career awareness. Success for us is about ensuring our clients are front of mind when key decisions are made.
