Graduates

Getting briefed

So. One of our longest-standing clients, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, wanted a complete refresh of their graduate website and recruitment materials. Before we get ahead of ourselves though (quite literally), let’s take a look at what Enterprise were hoping to achieve. Amongst other things, they wanted to let graduates know that by joining Enterprise, it was entirely possible to be managing an entire branch within as little as two years. They also needed a concept that was relevant in both the UK and across Germany.

Getting insight

Armed with the results of our research, we started dreaming of what could be. Which, coincidentally, went on to be the main thought behind the entire campaign. Adding a wry twist of humour to every day settings, we show how Enterprise graduates have gotten carried away with the thought of being the big cheese. And as our audience say to themselves “oh, I’d never get that ahead of myself!” they’ll be left thinking “but I wouldn’t mind feeling that successful”.

Getting results

The new website went live in mid-September 2010, and has already received encouraging results:

  • 49,298 visits since launch
  • The average length of site visit has increased to 4:09 minutes
  • 125 days of brand interaction since launch
  • Traffic from search engines is up 70.75% in comparison to the same period last year

The site retains a low bounce rate of 28.58% – ref. industry average of c.40%
