With almost 20 years of industry experience, Andy has worked with some of the largest and most successful brands in the world to deliver effective, engaging and award-winning campaigns. Unusually, he has worked both client and agency-side, for Lloyds TSB, leading agencies MRM Worldwide, AKQA and DLKW and latterly Bernard Hodes Group. A frequent speaker and commentator, Andy is a strong advocate of user-centric design and “good quality data” and has spoken at and written for several publications and key industry bodies.
Andy is focused on ensuring that Hodes’ solutions are creative, engaging and effective, partnering with clients to help them get the best use out of media, irrespective of the channel. His work has gained plaudits and recognition inside and outside HR sector for its intelligence, innovation and effectiveness. A father of three, Andy can be found braving the waters of the South coast, even in winter.
