Barclaycard
Barclaycard wanted to produce a piece of collateral which they (and their associated agencies) could send directly to candidates prior to interview, explaining the Barclaycard brand, vision and culture, as well as the benefits of joining. So we lent a big Hodes helping hand and produced a purposeful, engaging digital brochure that could be offered to any and all potential candidates, regardless of their skill set.
We gained valuable insight from Barclaycard expertise team – something which allowed us to fully understand the purpose of the material, the content required, as well as who our target audience would be.
Following this, we applied our learning to identify the most appropriate channel in which we could communicate with candidates, whilst also considering ways in which we might position Barclaycard as a cluster and employer in order to attract great candidates.
This campaign has only recently gone live, and initial candidate feedback is very positive.
