The beginning
When we first sat down with HBOS Retail, it quickly became clear that our client was interested in improving their messaging and ensuring that every candidate had the best possible brand experience. Our job was to help them find ways to build on one of the best-respected employer reputations in the industry.
The middle
We compared perceptions of HBOS with those of other employers offering equivalent roles. We also looked carefully at what would attract and retain people, as well as the core attraction messages and actions we could recommend to move forward. For HBOS, it was a case of establishing a benchmark for comparison and exploring what messages would differentiate the HBOS brand further and build an even stronger talent pipeline.
